YMCA Европы в сотрудничестве с YMCA Чехии ищет 2 долгосрочных EVS (Европейская волонтерская служба) волонтёра для Фестиваля Love2Live 2013 года YMCA Европы.

Главное требование: свободный английский язык.
Проживание, проезд, питание, страховка и деньги на карманные расходы будут покрыты. Ожидаемые качества: независимость, умение работать по собственной инициативе, пунктуальность, надежность и готовность учиться новому. Волонтёры будут работать, в основном, на решение офисных задач и вопросов, связанных с подготовкой фестиваля и доставки (подготовка рабочих документов, связь с участниками, поддержка процесса планирования программ, разработка PR-материалов, общение с волонтерами фестиваля, регистрация на фестивале и другое).
Волонтёры будут работать в тесном сотрудничестве с руководителем фестиваля и его креативным директором. Волонтёры будут также включены в деятельность YMCA Чехии и должны будут помочь с подготовкой к чешской YMCA регулярными событиями.

Long-term volunteers
YMCA Europe in cooperation with YMCA in the Czech Republic is looking for 2 long-term EVS (European Voluntary Service) volunteers for YMCA Europe Love2Live Festival 2013.
Period of the service: September 2012 – August 2013
Age: 18 – 30
Accommodation, travel expenses, food, insurance and pocket money will be covered. We require fluent English speakers. Expected qualities are independence, ability to work on own initiative, punctuality, reliability and willingness to learn new things and to help. The volunteers will mainly work on the office tasks and issues related to the festival preparation and delivery.
These include: preparation of working documents, reservations, communication with participants, supporting the programme planning process, developing PR materials, communication with festival volunteers, registration for the festival.
The biggest part of the volunteers’ involement in the festival preparation will be communication with festival performers, Line-Managers and National Coordinators, completing the programme schedule and the timetabling of festival stages. This will include collating the technical requirements of performers and arranging additional requirements such as accommodation and transport. Volunteers will work in close cooperation with the Festival Manager and the Creative Director. Volunteers will be also included in the activities of YMCA in the Czech Republic and will be expected to help with preparations for Czech YMCA regular events.
